Daniel Rosen is an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group. He joined Osborn Maledon after completing clerkships with the Honorable Patrick J. Bumatay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Bobby R. Baldock of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Daniel graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern to Judge Bumatay at the Ninth Circuit and to two district judges and two magistrate judges at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree in history from San Diego State University.
