He advises on employment law, industrial relations and work health and safety matters across a broad range of industries. His practice spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, including complex employment and industrial relations disputes, workplace investigations, regulatory compliance, critical incident response and prosecutions, enterprise bargaining and workforce strategy.
Mason works closely with in-house legal, WHS, HR and executive teams to manage risk and respond to critical workplace issues, providing practical and commercially aligned advice. His experience includes supporting clients through sensitive matters such as ill and injured worker management, terminations and organisational change.
He is part of Piper Alderman’s national Employment Relations practice, working across multiple jurisdictions to support organisations navigating federal employment law and state-based workplace health and safety requirements.
