Naoko is a partner at Chuo Sogo LPC, admitted to practice law in both Japan and New York. She handles dispute resolution, negotiation, and litigation related to corporate matters, and has significant experience assisting clients with litigation and dispute resolution involving intellectual property matters. Naoko has extensive experience in international transactions, including strategy development and contract drafting. She has also served as a board member of several companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and provides legal advice to a wide range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, real estate companies, trading companies, and manufacturers.

Naoko was admitted to the Japanese Bar in 1994 and currently serves as a director of listed companies in Japan. She received an LLM degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and is fluent in both Japanese and English.
