Erich J. Schock

Erich J. Schock

Erich J. Schock is Managing Shareholder of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba and Chair of the Firm's Real Estate, Land Use & Development Group. He is the first Managing Shareholder who is not one of the Firm's founders, a role he took on alone in 2022 after 10 years as Co-Managing Shareholder. He runs the business side of a practice of more than 40 attorneys across three Lehigh Valley offices, and considers keeping FLB a great place to work the most rewarding part of the job.
Mr. Schock's own practice centers on zoning and land development. He represents residential, commercial, industrial and institutional developers in obtaining the approvals their projects need and in the real estate matters that come with them, and he handles tax assessment appeals. The group he chairs is recognized in Chambers USA Spotlight 2026 and was named a top 25 title producer in the U.S. for 2022 by Commonwealth Title.
Mr. Schock has been named to Lehigh Valley Business' Power List in Law. He is a past President of the Bar Association of Lehigh County and of The Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties, and serves on the board of the Lehigh Valley Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Foundation.
