Matthias Krämer, partner at LPA-GGV, is a German attorney, certified international tax advisor and certified tax law attorney. He advises German and international companies on complex issues of national and international tax law in the context of corporate law. 

Role:
Matthias Krämer structures international, transnational and national acquisition and restructuring projects and implements them with his clients. He also supervises audits of international companies and manages tax litigation.
