In his 17-year practice, Boris has been a lead attorney in some of Slovak Republic’s largest transactions. He has extensive experience in advising major Slovak and international corporations and individuals on acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses.
He advised an Italian-based company on various aspects of Slovak regulatory framework of energy sector (in connection with privatization of the largest Slovak electricity generator and supplier), led a legal team providing legal advisory services to Dexia Kommunalkredit Bank AG related to the contemplated acquisition of 100% shares of ISTROBANKA, including due diligence, drafting of legal analysis concerning the Slovak legal environment.
Boris also led a legal team providing full-scope legal services in relation to the participation of MATADOR GROUP in the Slovak joint venture formed in 2006 with Continental AG – Continental Matador Rubber (spin – off of the business, Joint Venture agreement, put option, etc.).
Boris graduated from the Comenius University, Faculty of Law in Bratislava. He is a Member of Slovak Bar Association.
