Gijs in 't Veld has extensive experience in the (international) practice of M&A, participations, joint ventures and corporate finance. He advises clients in transactions concerning the ownership, control and financing of enterprises and on various matters of corporate law and commercial law. He also represents clients in legal disputes within corporations. He is primarily active for national and international companies and investors.

Gijs in 't Veld was admitted to the bar in 1996; initially at Rotterdam and between 1999 and 2005 in Amsterdam. In 2004 he completed the post doctorate Grotius course of corporate law (Grotius opleiding Vennootschaps- en Ondernemingsrecht). In 2005 he came to work for Nysingh and he has been attached as a partner to our firm since 1st January 2009. He is a member of the Vereeniging Handelsrecht and the Vereniging Corporate Litigation.
