After graduating with a law degree and a doctorate from Lausanne University François Kaiser becomes legal counsel to an industrial group in the field of new technologies. He joins Carrard & Associés in 1983 and obtains his bar admission two years later.
Through his professional experience François Kaiser developed a good understanding of industrial activities and new technologies in particular. He also represents clients in international commercial arbitration cases and before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). He is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
