Frédéric Rochat has been a partner in our M&A, venture capital, corporate and contacts practice since 2008. He has also been appointed as joint liquidator in the bankruptcy of Banque Privée Espírito Santo. He teaches business and company law with various organizations including the Lausanne Technology Institute (EPFL) and EXPERTsuisse.

Frédéric Rochat was admitted to the Vaud bar in 2002 after completing his studies and a doctorate in Lausanne and Berne. He then passed the New York bar in 2005 following an LL.M. at Columbia University in 2004, and worked as an associate with the M&A and capital markets departments of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, in New York (2004-2005) and London (2006-2007).
