Kevin is a Partner in EDG and Head of the Corporate/Commercial Department. Kevin graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with an LLB (Hons) and was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1989.
Kevin advises primarily in relation to mergers and acquisitions, banking, project finance and PPP. He has advised on numerous corporate transactions for buyer, seller and funder and also represents a number of local and international banks in connection with secured lending, project finance and regulatory matters. Kevin has been involved in a number of recent PPP projects in the education, roads and health care sectors.
Kevin is a part-time tutor in company law at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen’s University, Belfast and is EU Law Sub-editor of the Bulletin of Northern Ireland Law.
