Hans Smeekens graduated from Tilburg University in 1995. He spent his legal traineeship in Leeuwarden, where he already started specialising in real estate law. Hans joined Rassers in 1998 where he continued to specialise, particularly in real estate law for the private sector and also in real estate development and rental law. He is a member of the Dutch Society for Construction Law Lawyers and of the Dutch Society of Procurement Law. Alongside his lawyer´s career, Hans is a committee member in the sporting world.
