Rassers Advocaten

Bart Boudewijn van Logtestijn graduated from the University of Utrecht in 1993 and joined the law profession immediately afterwards. Since then, he has specialised in corporate law and insolvency law. He is a member of Insolad, the Dutch association of insolvency lawyers, and is a committee member of a Dutch insolvency debating society. In addition, he teaches insolvency law. Bart joined the corporate law and insolvency law sections of Rassers in October 2003.
