Backy Wu joined Zhuoxin Law Firm in 2013 and has specialized in International legal affairs. She has been engaged by the Liquidators of many foreign and Hong Kong listed companies in different cross-border winding-up projects to provide various legal services. She has rich experience in assisting foreign clients in International Dispute Resolutions on a variety of commercial disputes, and she has also been frequently acting as the leading counsel of Chinese clients in their overseas litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Backy has served many well-known international companies in their Foreign Direct Investment projects in China and served as their perennial legal consultant for their Chinese subsidiaries, providing service in contract management, setting-up and deregistration issues, etc. She has also assisted Chinese clients of various industries in their overseas investments in different areas including US, India and Southeast Asia.

Backy has provided debt collection services and litigation services to some foreign insurance companies such as Coface and Euler Hermes for a long time, with much experience in trade credit insurance disputes.

Backy is well versed in cooperating with foreign law firms from Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, to provide both contentious and non-contentious legal services to foreign clients.
