KT Van Dusen represents companies and public entities facing high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts. His representations include complex commercial cases, land use and real estate disputes, and employment matters. KT focuses on solving client problems, having tried multiple matters to verdict and successfully defended trial court decisions on appeal. He represents clients across a variety of industries, tailoring litigation strategies to the scope of each dispute and the client’s specific needs.
KT is co-chair of the firm’s Litigation practice and has an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining the firm, KT clerked for the Honorable Vaughn R. Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
KT is a member of the State Bars of California and Illinois and the Bar Association of San Francisco. From 2015-2018, he was a member of the Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court.
KT earned an A.B. with high distinction from the University of Michigan and a J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
