During his 21 years of military service, he amassed a broad spectrum of Middle East work experience facilitating international partnership development in counter-terrorism, humanitarian demining, counter-proliferation, and border security. Mike has more than nine years of corporate experience serving in senior management positions supporting DoD contracts. His expertise includes program management, strategic planning, proposal writing, and leadership. Before coming to SummitET, he was a Program Director in Blackbird Technologies, a Raytheon company since 2015.
