BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to announce that Joshua J. Santimaw has been admitted to the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Josh is a Partner and practices primarily in the areas of Creditor Practice and Corporate and Commercial Litigation. He received his Juris Doctorate at Pace University School of Law in 2000 and was admitted to New York State Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in 2001.
Josh earned his LL.B. from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada National Committee on Accreditation and was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2005 and the Law Society of New Brunswick in 2014.
He currently sits on the Executive Committee of Make-A-Wish Atlantic Provinces and the Board of Directors of Halifax Dance. Josh is also Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Civil Litigation/ADR Section for Nova Scotia.
