alliantgroup named Houston Business Journal’s Number 1 ‘Best Place to Work’ for 2021

alliantgroup was named Houston Business Journal’s ‘Best Place to Work’ for 2021! Once again, alliantgroup has been recognized for their commitment to creating a vibrant culture where professionals can collaborate, grow and thrive together. This time, however, alliantgroup came in first place in the large company category.

The award was based on confidential online surveys distributed to employees of companies across Houston by Quantum Workplace. Employees evaluated their workplace specifically on corporate culture, amenities, benefits and worker retention and attraction strategies.

Quantum then scored the results and the Houston Business Journal determined a cutoff for the rankings.

“I’m still so humbled and honored every single time we get an award like this, but being named the number one place to work really is a testament to our uncompromising commitment to a people first mindset. We’re expanding faster than ever before and we need to make sure every single one of our professionals is excited to come in to work every day and that they are fulfilled and growing in their lives and careers,” said alliantgroup CEO Dhaval Jadav. “I could not be more proud of our team.”

That team includes Senior Director of Talent Kim Allen. “There is definitely a ‘wow’ factor when it comes to the alliantgroup company culture. We hear it starting from the candidate experience all the way to the new hire’s first day of onboarding and throughout their career here. Whether it is a seasoned professional or a new college graduate, they all tell us that they never knew a workplace like this existed. Our talented professionals are the ones who truly make this the best place to work.”

This year the Houston Business Journal put extra emphasis on the unique work benefits of each honoree. alliantgroup offers Company-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance for its professionals, also free catered lunch each day, an onsite gym, fitness tracking apps, workout classes, daily in office stretch and yoga sessions and an onsite cafeteria which includes Starbucks, in addition to having free drink machines and coffee stations on every floor.
