Double Delight for Blake Morgan in Top 25 Employment Lawyers Index

Blake Morgan's Joanne Davies and Madeleine Mould have both been named in the top 25 Employment Lawyers in the Reward Strategy 300 2020 Index.

The Reward 300 Index started as the Payroll Top 50 in 2009 but has expanded to include HR, Reward and related sectors such as legal professionals, and this year, Blake Morgan is one of only two firms to feature two lawyers in the top 25 Employment Lawyers list, showcasing the strength of expertise within the  team.

Reward Strategy is a leading online news and information service for the payroll, reward, pensions, benefits and HR sectors. The awards process is based on nominations from readers, and being recognised means that Joanne Davies and Madeleine Mould have shown a level of influence in their organisation or profession, demonstrated best practice, been recognised for their work, helped to educate peers and advocated the promotion of their profession.

Madeleine Mould is currently Reward Strategy's regular Employment law columnist, a role she took over last year from others in Blake Morgan who have been writing Reward Strategy's Employment law column since 2013. Madeleine also spoke at Reward Strategy's annual conference last December.

Joanne Davies is a partner and head of the firm's Employment, Pensions, Benefits and Immigration (EPBI) team and provides employment advice based out the Cardiff office.

She stated: "This is excellent news for the entire team. It is great to be recognised as thought leaders within employment, pensions, benefits and immigration law. I am extremely proud of the team, especially at this time as we continue to help our clients through potentially tricky situations while providing straight forward advice and realistic solutions."

Madeleine Mould, an associate in the Reading office, said: "It has been a privilege to write for Reward Strategy, and I am honoured to have been recognised in the Reward 300 Top 25 Employment Lawyers."

The EPBI team are based across the firm's offices in Cardiff, London, the South Coast and Thames Valley and offer specialist employment law advice.
