Co-chairs of the Art Law Group at Herrick, Feinstein LLP, Lawrence Kaye and Howard Spiegler, are the editors of the innovative first edition of The Art Law Review, in which global leading practitioners in the field of art law detailed key developments and important issues in their respective countries pertaining to the growing field of art law. In addition, Lawrence and Howard, along with associates Yael Weitz and Gabrielle Wilson, contributed a chapter providing an overview of art law in the United States. Herrick counsel, Barry Werbin, also contributed a chapter on the application of copyright to art.
