Gómez-Pinzón Advised FinDev Canada on the Financing of Bancoldex

Gómez-Pinzón Abogados advised the Development Finance Institute Canada (FinDev Canada), in the loan worth up to USD $ 10,000,000 granted to Banco de Comercio Exterior de Colombia SA (Bancoldex). This loan will be used by Bancoldex to finance small and medium-sized companies affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Gómez-Pinzón team was led by Daniel Londoño Pinzón (partner), Catalina Prieto Núñez (senior associate) and Ricardo Díaz Rodriguez (associate), members of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets Practice Group of the firm.
