Harper Grey is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Sheremeta to the Securities and M&A team of our Business Law Group. Jeff brings with him over 20 years’ experience, most of it as general counsel to an array of industry leading companies, providing strategic advice and legal advice to business owners. His education and entrepreneurial background have provided him with an informed and unique perspective that he now shares with our firm and our clients. As an experienced executive and board and committee member of various companies that he co-founded, Jeff draws on his own first-hand experiences to advise entrepreneurs on the legal aspects of establishing, financing and operating a company.
