Kellerhals Carrard Advises the Shareholders of Webland on the Sale

Webland AG is a leading Swiss provider of webhosting, domain registration and xDSL services. The shareholders of Webland AG have sold their shares together with their shares in the German Webland Internet Service Gesellschaft m.b.H. to the Swedish Miss Group.

Kellerhals Carrard advised the shareholders of Webland on the transaction. The team included Marco Balmelli (Lead) as well as Kevin MacCabe (Corporate/M&A) and Francesco Borner (Corporate/M&A).
