Osborn Maledon Announces Five New Associates

Osborn Maledon is pleased to announce that Lindsay Carder, Brandon Delgado, Sarah Pook Lawson, Garo Moughalian and Michael Price have joined the firm as associates.

Carder, 2014 a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School, joined Osborn Maledon after serving as an assistant city attorney with the Denver City Attorney’s office for over seven years, where she represented clients on transactional and regulatory compliance matters involving environmental, energy, and real estate issues. 

Delgado, a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, previously clerked at both the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He is a proud member of the Tohono O’odham Nation.

Lawson, a graduate of the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, also previously clerked at the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. She was named the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Graduate for ASU Law in 2020. 

Moughalian, a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, advised and assisted the United Nations-Liechtenstein on security council and international law matters and participated in the oral pleadings for the Columbian government before the International Court of Justice. He has served the United Nations International Law Commission and previously interned for both the Ninth Circuit and the federal district court for Arizona. He speaks Arabic, French and Russian, the latter conversationally.

Price, a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, also clerked at both the Arizona Court of Appeals and at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.  After law school, he taught contemporary legal issues for his alma mater.
