Javier has extensive experience in labor matters within the context of M&A transactions and due diligences, labor compliance, labor litigation and labor risk management and social security issues.
He has more than 13 years of expertise with in-depth knowledge and has been involved advising complex labor issues in many types of industries, such as BPO services, pharmaceutical & life sciences, energy, sugar mills, banana producers, food & beverage, gas & oil, healthcare, telecommunications, and retail industries, among others.
Javier has great leadership skills and has demonstrated exceptional business and legal expertise, as well as a successful record serving as a trusted advisor to our clients in various industries and doing so in a collaborative manner with his colleagues.
