We are pleased to announce that Jessica Mank has joined Harper Grey as an associate practicing with our Commercial Litigation, Securities and Construction groups. Jessica maintains a diverse practice, and has represented clients in securities regulatory matters, shareholder disputes, securities class actions, proxy contests and litigation involving disputed transactions. In her construction practice, Jessica has advised on complex projects. She received her J.D. from the University of Toronto. Jessica was called to the BC Bar in 2023 and was previously with McCarthy Tétrault in Toronto.
