Casner & Edwards announces that for the second consecutive year, firm Managing Partner Michael F. Zullas has been named a Top 20 Managing Partner in Massachusetts by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The selected managing partners are those who have been instrumental in helping their firm grow revenue, maintain and cultivate their talent base, encourage active engagement in their communities and push their respective firm to achieve important milestones and goals. Zullas and his fellow honorees are featured in the publication’s May 26 issue.
Zullas was elected managing partner in 2021. In this role, he develops strategies for achieving the firm’s key performance indicators, implements strategies to increase profitability and firm performance, and sets and improves the firm’s policies and procedures. Over the last four years, the firm has expanded the breadth and scope of its practice areas, attracted talented and skilled lawyers, launched a new website, and implemented programs to achieve a truly diverse and equitable environment for all.
Zullas also maintains an active legal practice as a partner in the firm’s Business & Corporate Group. He counsels businesses at all stages of development: from inventors seeking venture financing and international licensing deals for their products; to the formation and sale of investment advisory and financial services firms; to the turnaround and sale of multi-million-dollar enterprises. With over 30 years of experience as a litigator, public corruption prosecutor and in-house general counsel to high-tech companies, Zullas brings a broad range of experience to counseling businesses of all kinds.
