Cosmin Pohaci – Partner
Cosmin makes a step forward by joining the firm’s partnership. With over 16 years of experience in both private practice and in-house roles, Cosmin brings a 360° perspective to complex projects involving commercial, competition and IP matters. His hands-on, commercial approach is a cornerstone of the firm’s work.
Andreea Tudor – Managing Associate
Andreea joined Ijdelea & Associates in early 2022 as an Associate, quickly advancing to Senior Associate, and now to Managing Associate. A trusted adviser in corporate and M&A matters, Andreea is known for her strategic and all-encompassing thinking and technical precision in transactional work and regulatory advisory.
Bogdan Mihai – Senior Associate
With over 8 years of experience, Bogdan is part of our firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. He advises on high-stakes civil, commercial, and administrative disputes, labour law and insolvency proceedings. Bogdan’s analytical mindset and commercial acumen make him a very sought-after adviser.
Victor Mitcov – Senior Associate
One of the longest-standing members of the firm, Victor handles with a keen attention to detail civil and administrative litigation, enforcement, and data privacy matters. His deep legal research and case strategy skills make a strong impact, especially in disputes in highly-regulated sectors.
Robert Niță – Senior Associate
Robert joined Energy & Natural Resources team in 2024 as an Associate. He displays exceptional skills in corporate and regulatory advisory, particularly in the renewables sector. His due diligence work on PV and wind projects complements firm’s M&A and real estate practice.

Iulia Hașegan – Managing Associate
