Casner & Edwards partner Sharon C. Panelists also discussed common pitfalls and valuable opportunities related to these regulatory filings.

She also represents clients in matters involving the California Attorney General and Franchise Tax Board, the Massachusetts Attorney General and Department of Revenue, and the Internal Revenue Service.

MCLE is the Massachusetts legal community's premier provider of hands-on educational programs and reference materials. Their mission is to keep raising the caliber of lawyers' professional and ethical service by providing comprehensive and practical continuing legal education of the highest quality to the broadest possible audience.
