Jeremy Gellis has joined Harper Grey as Associate Counsel to their Securities Group.

With over twenty-five years of experience, Jeremy is a recognized leader in securities litigation. During his tenure, Jeremy has established a reputation as knowledgeable and reliable, with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, and an adept understanding of complex corporate finance and securities regulations. Jeremy received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 2000, was called to the BC Bar in 2001 received his LL.M. from the University of London in 2015 and was previously with Cozen O’Connor in Vancouver.
