Casner & Edwards announces that Adam M. Schecter has joined the firm as an associate in the Real Estate practice.
Schecter focuses his practice on commercial real estate, representing property owners and developers in a broad range of matters including the acquisition, financing, sale, and leasing of properties for retail, office and residential use. His practice includes assisting with the development of condominiums ranging from two-unit residential projects to mixed-use projects of more than 45 units.

Schecter received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, he was an associate at Schlesinger and Buchbinder, LLP. While in law school, Schecter was a legal intern for YKVN Lawyers, a full service international law firm in Vietnam, and interned for the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
