We are delighted to share that Yee Yik Shien has rejoined the firm as a Partner in our ASL Banking & Finance Practice Group.

Yik Shien was previously a Partner at the firm until 8 September 2023. We are confident that her return will further strengthen our Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practice.

Yik Shien specialises in banking and finance, capital markets, and advising local and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated financing, including Islamic structures. She brings broad debt and equity capital markets experience across both conventional and Islamic transactions.

During her time away from the firm, Yik Shien served as a Partner at a boutique Malaysian law firm specialising in commercial matters, including banking and finance, capital markets, M&A, real estate, and startup/venture capital.

We are so pleased to welcome Yik Shien back to the firm.
