Technology transactions partner expands the firm's intellectual property and AI capabilities
Herrick, Feinstein LLP is pleased to announce that Jenna B. Levy has joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate Department. Jenna arrives from Arnold & Porter, where she was a member of the Technology Transactions team and advised clients on complex transactional and commercial matters related to technology, intellectual property, and media. Her practice advances Herrick's strategic growth in transactional IP and artificial intelligence, while reinforcing its growing bench of technology and IP-focused attorneys bolstering its offerings across practice areas.
Jenna brings broad experience representing clients in a range of technology and commercial matters, including software licensing (such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS), cloud infrastructure, AI and machine learning deployments, virtual reality, fintech and virtual currency ventures, and enterprise-wide technology agreements. She has also advised data center operators and their customers on diverse transactional matters, and counseled businesses navigating the regulatory and commercial dimensions of emerging AI and machine learning-based solutions.
Jenna earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2012 and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008, summa cum laude.
