We are delighted that Dhanyaa Shreeya has joined ASL as a Partner. Her primary practice areas with the Firm are Shipping & Maritime and Employment & Industrial Relations.
Dhanyaa will be working closely with Kevin Prakash on Shipping & Maritime matters and with Rohan Arasoo Jeyabalah on Employment & Industrial Relations matters.
Dhanyaa has over seven years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, maritime, and employment disputes including complex disputes. She has been involved in cross-border enforcement, and shipping-related claims, including vessel arrests and charterparty disputes and in the employment sphere, she has acted in high-stakes unfair dismissal claims and led workplace investigations into employee misconduct. She also has a strong interest in the areas of commercial fraud and asset recovery.
In addition, she regularly advises on significant multi-jurisdictional matters and has been recognised for her strategic judgment and commercially focused approach to dispute management.
