We are delighted that Saresh Mahendaren has joined ASL as a Partner. His primary practice area with the Firm is in General Civil and Commercial Litigation and he will be working closely with our Head of General Civil and Commercial Litigation and International and Domestic Arbitration Sudharsanan Thillainathan.
Saresh has acted in a broad range of civil, commercial and corporate disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court. His experience includes contractual, employment, construction, restructuring and insolvency, shareholder, land, and other civil, commercial and corporate disputes, as well as white-collar criminal matters. He has represented financial institutions, multinational corporations, government-linked entities and private clients in complex litigation and arbitration matters.
Saresh was also part of the legal team in a significant Federal Court decision relating to the area of restructuring and insolvency.
