Casner & Edwards’ Molly Wilson Chung and Jordan P. Bowne Contribute to MCLE’s Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual

Casner & Edwards partners Molly Wilson Chung and Jordan P. Bowne co-authored Chapter 15, “Valuation,” of the sixth edition of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual.

A resource for family law practitioners, this practical and comprehensive reference details each step of the divorce process, from tips for conducting your first client meeting to post-trial motions. It also covers important collateral issues such as domestic violence, bankruptcy, and estate planning.

Chung focuses her practice on family law and divorce litigation. She represents a wide range of clients in complicated divorce proceedings involving custody disputes, modification, visitation, contempt, paternity and asset division. She has extensive experience in the areas of complex domestic relations matters that involve high-net-worth estates, business interests and families with young children. Adept at conducting complex discovery, Chung works to uncover hidden assets and income.

Bowne focuses his practice on all areas of trusts and estates. He works directly with high net-worth clients to design, structure and implement estate planning, and tax minimization strategies. Bowne’s practice also includes advising institutional and individual fiduciaries throughout the trust and estate administration process. He has experience advocating on behalf of trust and estate beneficiaries in resolving disputes with fiduciaries and other beneficiaries. Bowne also assists clients in pre-marital planning, including pre-nuptial agreements.
