We are pleased to announce that Aaron Sankar will be joining ASL as a partner with effect from 1 November 2026.

Aaron brings over 22 years of experience advising on corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions. His experience includes advising on joint ventures, corporate restructurings and private equity investments across various industries.

Aaron is recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific, IFLR1000 and The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Bar Council’s Corporate and Commercial Law Committee.

Aaron’s arrival further strengthens our established Corporate and M&A practice, adding depth of experience and expertise to support our clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
