Harper Grey is pleased to welcome Joey Levesque as an associate practicing with our Business Law Group. Joey practices securities and corporate law and advises public and private issuers and financiers on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on technology, mining and private equity. He joins us from McCarthy Tetrault in Vancouver. Joey earned his J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and was called to the BC Bar in 2021.
