Piper Alderman (Sydney, Australia) is delighted to announce that Sebastian Greene has joined the firm as a partner in the Melbourne office.

Sebastian is a Corporate lawyer with over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions, joint ventures, due diligence investigations, corporations and ASX law and trade practices. Sebastian has extensive experience working closely with clients from a broad range of industry sectors.
