Boodle Hatfield Expands Corporate Team with Recruitment of Another two new Partners

Law firm Boodle Hatfield (London, England) has strengthened its Corporate team with the appointment of Dawsons partners Bernd Ratzke and Ute Mueller.

Bernd brings extensive experience of advising clients on significant UK and cross border M&A and joint venture transactions, often across more than one legal system.  He has acted extensively for management teams and entrepreneurs on private equity transactions and is an expert in the Libyan market.

Ute's practice focuses on national and international transactional work with particular emphasis on the Anglo-German market. She acts for businesses and entrepreneurs in relation to domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs and joint ventures and supports her clients on a day to day basis in relation to a wide range of commercial agreements, especially in the hard commodities sector. She is qualified as a German Rechtsanwaeltin as well as an English solicitor.

The appointment follows the hire of Richard Beavan who joined the Corporate Department as a Partner at Boodle Hatfield on 1st September 2010 from Nabarro LLP.
