35 partner law firm Boodle Hatfield (London, England) has appointed the former Hines UK Managing Director, Stephen Musgrave, as a consultant to the firm’s property team.  

Stephen brings extensive knowledge and considerable commercial/industry experience to the role.  He was previously the Managing Director of Hines UK, before which he was the Chief Executive of Grosvenor UK and Ireland. 

Since forming his own company, Stephen has advised a number of companies including the MCC/Lords Cricket Club and he is also the Non-Executive Chairman of fund management group Mayfair Capital Investment Management.

On joining Boodle Hatfield Stephen said: “Boodle Hatfield is one of the most respected property and private client law firms in London.  I have known the firm and many of its partners for a number of years and it is a real privilege to be working with them on their exciting plans for growth.”

Stephen’s appointment follows the lateral hire of Bernd Ratzke and Ute Mueller who joined Boodle Hatfield’s Corporate department as Partners on 4 April 2011 from Dawsons LLP; and of Richard Beavan who also joined the Corporate department as a Partner on 1 September 2010 from Nabarro LLP.
