Two of Clarkslegal LLP (Reading, England) restructuring specialists, Managing Partner Michael Sippitt and Associate Nich Huffer, have co-authored a chapter in the recently released textbook "The Law and Practice of Restructuring in the UK and US", published by Oxford University Press.

The book is the only work to cover the practical elements of both major systems of law in one place, broken down into key sections to aid the busy practitioner. It provides the information required to restructure corporate debt in the wake of the financial crisis.
