QIL Abogados Advised the Republic of Guatemala in Largest Ever Eurobond Placement

QUIÑONES, IBARGÜEN, LUJÁN & MATA, S.C. (QIL Abogados) (Guatemala) recently advised the Republic of Guatemala in its first Eurobond placement since 2004 and its largest ever, raising a total US $ 700 MILLION (US $ 200 million more than the amount originally intended to raise) through Deutsche Bank.
