Manchester law firm Kuits has advised BOXPARK, the world’s first ‘pop-up’ shopping mall based in Shoreditch, East London.
This innovative development is made up of a number

of refurbished shipping containers which house famous brands including Nike, Calvin Klein and Levi’s.  BOXPARK gives innovative retailers space at affordable rates and the site also includes a variety of different food and drink outlets.

 

Anthony Lyons and Felicity Harris-Knott, licensing specialists from Kuits, obtained the premises licence for BOXPARK. 
Anthony commented, “The concept of ‘pop-up’ retail has flourished in recent years.  BOXPARK is a world first and takes the pop-up concept to the next level.  We were delighted to have been able to assist BOXPARK and wish them every success in this and future ventures.”
