The Business Leadership Network of Greater Kansas City (BLN-GKC) was recently recognized as the July 2014 Spotlighted Affiliate by the United States Business Leadership Network (USBLN). Specially showcased was Spencer Fane’s (Missouri) employment law attorney, Sue Willman.
Willman and the firm conducted seminars for clients, which covered the March 24, 2014 changes in the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) disability and veteran affirmative action legal regulations. The seminars focused on educating human resource managers and business leaders on disability employment as it relates to the development of an organization’s compliance plan. Spencer Fane also sponsored a series of ADA compliance seminars for BLN-GKC in 2013.
