Lerch Early Celebrates 65 Years Serving Clients and the Community

On February 1, 2015, Bethesda law firm Lerch, Early & Brewer (Maryland, USA) celebrated 65 years since its founding. On February 1, 1950, in a small office building a few blocks from the White House, Henry Lerch and Wilton Wallace joined together to create a law firm where clients would receive exceptional representation.

Since then, Lerch Early has expanded from five attorneys and a paralegal to more than 100 employees serving businesses and individuals throughout the Washington, DC region in the areas of   business law, commercial lending, community associations, elder law, employment, estates, family law, health care, land use, litigation, real estate, and taxation.

Lerch Early attorneys provide comprehensive commercial services to businesses and organizations of all sizes and types, including national and regional real estate developers, lending institutions, health care facilities and practitioners, educational and religious institutions, family-owned businesses and community associations. The firm’s 57 attorneys represent some of the region’s best-known companies, including Adventist HealthCare, EuroMotorcars, The JBG Companies, Lerner Enterprises, National Lutheran Community Services, Petroleum Marketing Group, The Ruppert Companies and United Therapeutics. Lerch Early’s strong foundation in so many areas is also invaluable in helping people with their domestic, estate, litigation and other personal legal needs.

One of Lerch Early’s distinguishing characteristics is its commitment to the community. The firm’s attorneys and staff participate actively and in leadership roles in the region’s professional associations, nonprofits, community groups and religious organizations. More than three out of four Lerch Early attorneys currently serve in leadership positions in professional organizations, nonprofits and community groups.
