Kirton McConkie (Utah) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Commercial Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice with the addition of business bankruptcy and workout attorney Adelaide Maudsley. Ms. Maudsley recently joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Litigation section. Her practice focus is representation of banks, lenders, and other types of creditors in bankruptcy, receivership, restructuring, and workout matters.
The Commercial Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice has a breadth and depth of experience and also draws upon the firm's extensive real estate, tax, litigation, corporate and intellectual property capabilities.
