Kirton McConkie Announces Expansion of Commercial Bankruptcy Group by Welcoming Adelaide Maudsley

Kirton McConkie (Utah) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Commercial Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice with the addition of business bankruptcy and workout attorney Adelaide Maudsley. Ms. Maudsley recently joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Litigation section. Her practice focus is representation of banks, lenders, and other types of creditors in bankruptcy, receivership, restructuring, and workout matters.

In addition to Ms. Maudsley, members of the core bankruptcy group include:

Ralph R. Mabey: Retired bankruptcy judge, examiner in the Extended Stay Hotels matter, and, most recently, a court-appointed mediator in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy.

Darren B. Neilson: Representation of debtors and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, representation of creditors and creditors' committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases trustees in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases. 

Robert S. Prince: Represents creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, workout and commercial litigation matters.

Cameron M. Hancock: Prosecutes and defends commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation and other related bank litigation.

Loyal C. Hulme: Represents large local and national lending institutions and borrowers with issues related to recovery, foreclosures and workouts as well as protecting creditors' interests in bankruptcy proceedings.

Gregory S. Moesinger: Prosecutes and defends clients in commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights cases.

Shawn T. Richards: Experience in Chapter 11 reorganizations on behalf of commercial creditors, financial institutions, and other business clients as well as commercial litigation experience in bankruptcy adversarial proceedings.
