BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to welcome Rilla Banks and Andrew P. Nicol as Associates to the firm. Rilla will join the firm’s Business Litigation Team and Andrew will practice with our Residential Property and Wills & Estates Teams.
Rilla completed her Common and Civil law degrees from McGill University while Andrew received his LL.B. at Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law. Both articled with BOYNECLARKE LLP for the 2014-2015 year.
While at McGill, Rilla served a term as Co-Director of the legal clinic ‘Innocence McGill’, and represented students subject to the university’s disciplinary proceedings as a Student Advocate with McGill University’s Student Advocacy Program.
Andrew volunteered for the Pro Bono Students Canada – Dalhousie Chapter, the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic and the Atlantic Refugee and Immigrant Services.
