Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp, LLP Welcomes Richardson Patel Colleagues!

Below is a letter from Kevin Gaut, Chairman of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp (Los Angeles, California, USA), regarding his firm's recent merger with Richardson Patel.

Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,

In 107 years of legal practice, the lawyers of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP have absorbed one lesson above all: the right combination of talent makes all the difference.

We learned that first in the 1930s, when the addition of Guy Knupp, a law school classmate of Shep Mitchell, laid the groundwork for expanded litigation and entertainment practices that remain a hallmark of our firm today.

Eighty years later, Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp is excited to be making another transformative addition. Our merger with the extraordinarily talented lawyers from Richardson Patel promises to have an equally positive impact on the direction of our firm, increasing our capacity for corporate and litigation work of the greatest sophistication.

We are proud to welcome the lawyers from Richardson Patel, who make a perfect combination of talent with our partnership and who will truly make Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp new again.

They are as follows:
