Mag. Gerold Pawelka, who has been with Preslmayr Attorneys at Law (Austria) since 2011 as an associate and lawyer (2015), was appointed partner on July 1st 2016. His practice areas include data protection law as well as intellectual property law, real estate and IT law.

Mag. Pawelka studied law at the University of Vienna and has been a lecturer for real estate and tenancy law at WIFI Vienna since 2015.
