LEADELL Pilv Law Office successfully represented SA Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum and Valga Haigla AS in acquisition

January 2017 is marking the end of a significant deal of acquisition started by the attorneys of the LEADELL Pilv Law Office already in 2016, in which legal counselling was provided to the foundation Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum and hospital Valga Haigla AS.

As a result of the transaction, the foundation obtained 51% of the shares of the Valga hospital, the other shareholder being the Town of Valga.
